Call for Submissions:

The CENTRA 10 Technical Program Committee (TPC) welcomes submissions for the program. The submission deadline is October 30, 2026 using the Sched CFP site. There are different types of submissions; here is a summary with links to the respective Sched submission links (multiple submissions are welcome where applicable, for example a poster and a project update):

Posters and short papers:

Open to new and returning CENTRA attendees. If you wish to present your work in one of the topics of interest (see list below), you can choose from two options:

  • Poster: you may submit a 2-page extended abstract for presentation during the poster session. We especially encourage early-stage work by students. Extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the TPC and, if accepted, will be archived in the Zenodo CENTRA Community.
  • Short paper: you may alternatively submit a short paper (4-6 pages) for presentation during the main program. Short papers are intended for submissions describing novel contributions with significant technical depth, and will be peer-reviewed by the TPC. Accepted short papers will also be archived in the Zenodo CENTRA Community, and authors will be provided a slot to present during the program. A short paper not recommended for presentation at the main symposium will be encouraged as a poster.

Existing project/institution updates:

Open to returning CENTRA attendees only. If you are representing an ongoing CENTRA project (or member institution), you will have a guaranteed time slot in the CENTRA 10 program to present updates on behalf of your project (or institution). In order for the organizers to properly plan the program, we ask that you submit a short update (up to 800 words)

New collaborative project proposal:

Open to new and returning CENTRA attendees. If you wish to propose a new collaborative project, you may submit a new project proposal (up to 800 words). Please check the list of existing CENTRA projects for examples and to check if one already closely matches your area of interest. If you submit a new project proposal, the expectation is that you will engage, organize and lead discussions with other CENTRA partners during and after CENTRA 10; the program will include breakout time to talk with potential collaborators.
