Air Travel
Airports: the main connecting international airports to Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) are Atlanta (ATL) and Charlotte (CLT). Alternatively, flying to Orlando (MCO) then take a bus to Gainesville is possible. Additional information regarding the Red Coach (bus) will be available by mid February.
Ground Transportation
Car rental is also an option if your destination airport is Orlando (MCO) or another in Florida. (If your travel expenses are supported by the University of Florida, please use National or Enterprise only. Car rental from other companies will not be reimbursed.)

Between Reitz Union Hotel and Hilton UF (all meetings venue): a shuttle service will be arranged in the morning to bring guests from Reitz Union Hotel to Hilton UF, and another at the end of daily agenda from Hilton UF back to Reitz Union Hotel (or to dinner location first, for example on April 12 and 13)
