• Prepare and submit an extended abstract using the IEEE proceedings template with a minimum length of 500 words and up to 2 pages maximum.
• The accepted extended abstract will be included in the Zenodo Global CENTRA Community collection, if desired.
• For Technical Paper, all accepted papers will be archived in the Zenodo Global CENTRA Community collection.
• To be considered for recommendation to the ECTI-ARD journal, please also prepare a full paper (8–10 pages, PDF).

Researchers, students, practitioners, and policymakers interested in advancing connected intelligence and sustainable technologies are strongly encouraged. Cross-sector and cross-country collaborations are welcome.

Accepted submissions will be presented as 10–15 minute talks or demos during thematic sessions. Presenters will have opportunities for discussion and collaboration with CENTRA partners.
